- LYUROT dishes are prepared by the Mansaka Tribe in Compostela Valley. Hito or mudfish is the main ingredient used for Lyurot na Ito. It is cooked in bamboo chambers.
- PANYALAM is cooked deep fried using ingredients such as powdered rice, sugar, and coconut milk.
- YOMBOL’L s a delicacy from Mandaya tribe. It’s rice wrapped in leaves.
- AMIK is a mixture of powdered rice and coconut milk poured unto coconut shells that have holes to form its unique shape.
